Social Media Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who is experienced in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content. The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, and well-versed with the latest digital marketing trends.

Preferably looking for female candidates.

Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management

• Manage and grow the company’s presence across major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Create, plan, and schedule engaging content including posts, stories, and reels.
• Monitor trends and implement new strategies to increase engagement and reach.
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
• Generate monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Collaboration & Strategy

• Work closely with the content and design team to create compelling visuals and content.
• Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Conduct competitor research and market analysis to refine social media plans.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing company social media accounts.
• Strong understanding of content creation, audience engagement, and platform algorithms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Creative mindset with the ability to think out of the box.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
• Experience with influencer marketing & brand collaborations.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
