Job Description

As a Portfolio Client Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing client accounts to ensure they align with marketing objectives and brand guidelines. Your responsibilities will include analyzing customer expectations based on past social media activity, developing innovative and creative social media campaigns, and updating social media content across all channels. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Your ability to conduct comprehensive research to devise effective marketing strategies in alignment with client objectives will be key. It will also be important for you to ensure the timely delivery of agreed-upon deliverables and to monitor and report on campaign performance regularly. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while building and maintaining strong client relationships will be essential aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage portfolio client accounts to ensure alignment with marketing objectives and brand guidelines. - Analyze customer expectations based on past social media activity. - Develop innovative and creative social media campaigns and update content across all channels. - Develop and execute successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels. - Conduct comprehensive research to devise effective marketing strategies. - Ensure timely delivery of agreed-upon deliverables. - Monitor and report on campaign performance regularly. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities. - Build and maintain strong client relationships. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's/master's degree in advertising, marketing, commerce, management, or a related field preferred. Relevant experience from other disciplines is also acceptable. - Up to 1 year of experience in a similar role. - Strong understanding of various digital platforms and advertising channels. - Knowledge of current industry trends and digital platforms. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Good time management and organizational skills to deliver projects within deadlines. - Highly self-motivated and independent with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent attention to detail and a creative flair with a passion for digital marketing.,
