Role Overview: We’re looking for a creative and analytical Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team in Patna. In this role, you'll lead and manage social media campaigns, craft compelling content, build community engagement, and drive brand visibility for a diverse portfolio of clients. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with clients’ business goals Manage and optimise campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (formerly Twitter) Create, schedule, and publish engaging content tailored to each platform Write clear, concise, and creative copy for posts, captions, and ads Monitor social media channels, respond to followers, and foster community engagement Track key performance metrics and provide actionable insights using analytics tools Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and algorithm changes in the social media landscape Collaborate with internal teams, including design, content, and strategy, to ensure brand consistency Qualifications: Proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Optimisation (SMO) Strong written and verbal communication skills Expertise in content planning, storytelling, and copywriting Ability to analyse performance data and adjust strategies accordingly Excellent time management and organisational skills Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus Why Join Us?
