Job Title: Social Media Manager & Content Creator Company : Mali Kaka India Private Limited Location: Noida, UP Job Type: Full-Time No. of Open Positions: 1 Job Description: We are looking for a self-starting Social Media Manager & Content Creator to spearhead our online presence and drive engaging content across multiple social media platforms. This role isn’t just about managing pages—it’s about bringing our brand’s story to life. Key responsibilities include: Strategic Content Development: Plan, develop, and implement creative social media strategies that align with our branding and business objectives. Craft compelling content in various formats—including written posts, photos, and videos—to tell our unique story. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and schedule engaging campaigns tailored to each platform’s strengths. Daily Platform Management: Manage and monitor all social media channels from Monday to Friday on a work‑from‑home basis. Engage with our online community by responding to comments and queries in a prompt and personable manner. Use data and feedback to analyze campaign performance and refine our strategies over time. On-site Content Creation: Every Saturday, travel to designated sites within Delhi NCR to produce live content, including video shoots and photography sessions. Ensure that the content captured reflects our brand identity and resonates with our audiences in real time. Qualifications & Requirements Creativity & Initiative: Freshers are welcome—educational background is not a barrier. What matters most is your passion and practical skill in curating engaging social media content. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and a flair for storytelling. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with key social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). Basic photography and videography skills are essential to capture high-quality content during on-site sessions. Work Ethic & Location: Ability to work independently from home Monday through Friday. Must be based in the Delhi NCR region to facilitate Saturday on-site visits. Adaptability: Eagerness to stay updated with evolving digital trends and a capacity to modify strategies accordingly. Salary & Benefits Monthly Salary: Rs. 10,000 Work Environment: Monday to Friday: Work from home with flexible hours. Saturday: On-site travel for content creation (video shootings and photography).
