Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Social Media Manager with 4 to 10 years of experience in social media management, specifically within the B2B domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and executing successful social media strategies and campaigns.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand values, target audience, and business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends and ensure our strategy remains relevant and effective.
  • Set clear goals and KPIs to measure the success of social media initiatives and provide regular performance reports.
  • Write compelling and engaging copy for social media posts that resonate with our B2B audience and reflect our brand's voice and messaging.
  • Develop, curate, and schedule high-quality content tailored to various social media platforms including Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Design and execute social media campaigns, including content calendars, promotions, and events.
  • Monitor and manage social media interactions, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Foster relationships with industry influencers, partners, and key stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
  • Analyze social media performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement, adjusting strategies and tactics based on performance metrics and feedback to optimize results and achieve business goals.
  • Work closely with the marketing team, sales team, and other departments to ensure social media efforts support broader company initiatives and campaigns, coordinating with external agencies and freelancers as needed for specialized tasks or projects.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics).
  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms including Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others, and their respective best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
