Role Overview: We’re looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager who will be the voice of VERAKU across platforms. If you live and breathe content, know your reels from your carousels, and understand what makes people save, share and click —we want to talk to you. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage the social media calendar (Instagram, Threads, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, etc.) Create, post, and manage engaging content (images, videos, carousels, reels) Work closely with the design team and content creators to bring campaigns to life Monitor trends, hashtags, memes, and viral opportunities Manage community interaction: replies, DMs, mentions, comments Collaborate with influencers and manage UGC campaigns Track analytics and optimize content for growth (reach, saves, engagement, CTR) Support product launches and campaigns with strong storytelling Requirements: 2–4 years experience in social media management (preferably in D2C, beauty, grooming, or fashion) Solid understanding of Instagram and short-form video strategy Ability to write catchy, witty, brand-aligned copy Good eye for aesthetics, design, and storytelling Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment Nice to Have: Experience with influencer outreach or managing brand collabs Understanding of male grooming/skincare trends Video editing basics Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: 4G/LTE: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan (Preferred) Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person
