This role requires a creative, strategic, and data-driven individual who can manage multiple client accounts, create engaging content, and drive measurable results across various social media platforms.Key Responsibilities Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies for 99Nextera and our clients to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Content Creation: Develop, curate, and schedule high-quality content (text, images, videos, etc.) tailored to each platform, ensuring brand consistency and audience relevance. Platform Management: Manage and grow social media accounts on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and others, optimizing for reach and engagement. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social, providing actionable insights to improve campaigns. Campaign Execution: Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, including ad creation, audience targeting, budget management, and performance tracking. Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community for 99Nextera and client brands. Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure 99Nextera remains at the forefront of digital marketing innovation. Collaboration: Work closely with the content, design, and SEO teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing campaigns. Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients, presenting strategies, reports, and recommendations to ensure satisfaction and alignment with their goals. Qualifications Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in social media management, preferably within a digital marketing agency. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Skills: Expertise in managing social media platforms Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms. Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with an eye for visual aesthetics. Experience with paid social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads). Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
