Job Description We are seeking a Social Media Manager (Senior Profile) who will plan, strategize, and execute end-to-end social media and online marketing initiatives for our clients. This role involves developing a deep understanding of each client’s brand guidelines, performing competitor research, and crafting social media calendars and content strategies that align with their marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal teams, manage external vendors, and maintain seamless client communication to ensure campaigns are executed on time and deliver measurable results. This position is ideal for experienced professionals looking to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and overall digital presence for various clients across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media Strategy & Planning Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with clients’ branding and marketing goals. Create and maintain social media calendars, outlining content themes, posting schedules, and promotional campaigns. Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices. 2. Content Creation & Curation Collaborate with creative teams (designers, copywriters) and/or external vendors to produce engaging text, image, and video content. Ensure all content adheres to clients’ brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice and style across platforms. Repurpose and adapt existing content to suit various social media channels. 3. Platform Management & Execution Manage and grow social media handles on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, YouTube, and others as needed. Schedule and publish posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments and messages promptly. Oversee social media advertising campaigns (if applicable) and coordinate with paid media specialists to optimize ad performance. 4. Analytics & Reporting Track key performance metrics (KPIs) including reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI. Prepare regular reports and dashboards for clients and internal stakeholders. Use insights from analytics to refine social media strategies and content plans. 5. Client Communication & Account Management Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and proactive communication. Present campaign strategies, updates, and performance reports to clients. Gather feedback and address client concerns or adjustments in a timely manner. 6. Team Coordination & Vendor Management Work closely with internal teams—including designers, copywriters, and digital marketing specialists—to ensure cohesive campaign execution. Manage relationships with external vendors or freelancers for specialized tasks (e.g., videography, influencer partnerships). Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure timely deliverables and high-quality output. 7. Brand & Community Management Uphold brand identity by ensuring all social media posts and engagements are on-brand. Proactively engage with online communities, customers, and influencers to foster brand loyalty and advocacy. Monitor brand sentiment and promptly address any issues or negative feedback. 8. Competitor & Market Research Continuously evaluate competitors’ social media presence, content strategies, and performance metrics. Identify industry trends, emerging social platforms, and new tactics to keep clients’ social presence innovative and competitive. 9. Additional Marketing Activities Support overall digital marketing efforts, including email marketing, PPC campaigns, or SEO initiatives, when needed. Contribute to marketing strategy sessions, brainstorming ideas to enhance client visibility across digital channels. Assist in developing best practices and frameworks for future social media projects. Qualifications and Experience · Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. · Experience: 2–5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related fields (freshers are not eligible). Demonstrable success in managing multiple social media accounts and campaigns simultaneously. · Skills: Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, Google Analytics). Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and maintain attention to detail. Experience with project management and team coordination is highly desirable. Knowledge of basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Competitor research and analytical thinking to shape data-driven strategies.
