Job Title: Social Media Intern (Training + Paid Internship Opportunity)

Location: Mohali | On-Site | Full-Time Internship

Salary: ₹3,000 – ₹6,000 per month (after training)

About the Role:
We are looking for motivated Social Media Interns who want to build their career in digital marketing. Selected candidates will go through a 2-month structured training program (non-paid) to learn hands-on skills in content creation, campaign management, and social media strategy.

After successful completion of training, candidates will receive a stipend of ₹3,000 – ₹6,000 per month during the internship phase, with the possibility of being offered a full-time salaried role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and posting content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Research trends, hashtags, and competitors for content ideas.
• Write engaging captions and basic ad copy.
• Support in preparing social media calendars and performance reports.
• Help with community engagement (comments, DMs, queries).

Requirements:

• Diploma/certification in Digital Marketing or Social Media (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
• Good written English and creative mindset.
• Eagerness to learn and build a career in digital marketing.
