Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Assist in creating captivating posts, reels, stories, and graphics tailored for various platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Social Media Strategy: Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions to build meaningful connections with our audience.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay on top of social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our brand fresh and relevant.
• Analytics and Insights: Track campaign performance, generate reports, and suggest data-driven improvements.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all posts align with the brand’s voice, values, and visual identity.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to execute cohesive campaigns.

You’re a Great Fit if You Have

• A knack for storytelling and a creative flair for designing and writing engaging content.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective tools (Instagram Insights, Facebook Business Suite, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar software is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A passion for social media trends, influencers, and online culture.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
