We are looking for a Social Media Handler who will manage our end-to-end social media strategy, drive engagement, and enhance our brand presence across various platforms. Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media Strategy & Execution Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with business goals. Manage and grow brand presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and Threads . Plan and execute content calendars , ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging. 2. Content Creation & Management Collaborate with designers, content writers, and influencers to create high-quality images, videos, reels, and posts . Write engaging, SEO-friendly captions, posts, and ad copies . Monitor trending topics, viral content, and hashtags to create real-time marketing opportunities. 3. Community Engagement & Customer Interaction Actively respond to comments, DMs, and customer queries in a timely manner. Engage with followers, influencers, and brand advocates to increase engagement . Handle customer complaints and crisis situations professionally. 4. Paid Campaigns & Performance Analysis Plan and execute paid social media ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn). Track and optimize engagement, reach, and conversion metrics . Analyze social media insights and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports . 5. Influencer & Brand Collaborations Identify and collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and brand partners to drive awareness and sales. Manage and negotiate brand deals and influencer partnerships . 6. Trend Analysis & Experimentation Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes . Experiment with new content formats, challenges, and viral campaigns . Requirements Experience: Minimum 2+ years managing social media for e-commerce brands. Platforms: Expertise in Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Skills: Strong knowledge of content creation, copywriting, engagement tactics, and paid promotions . Tools: Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, and social media analytics tools . Creativity: Ability to create engaging posts, reels, and viral campaigns.
