About the Role: We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for managing and growing our brand’s online presence across all major social platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media trends, storytelling, community building, and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.) Create engaging, high-quality content (text, images, videos, Reels, etc.) Plan and schedule posts using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite Engage with followers, respond to queries promptly, and foster community interaction Monitor social trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities Analyze performance metrics and create monthly reports to improve strategy Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams for campaigns Run paid campaigns and promotions on Meta Ads, LinkedIn, or Twitter Ads as needed Maintain brand consistency in tone and visual style across all platforms Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role Strong knowledge of major social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools Experience with graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Suite is a plus Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and content optimization for social media Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills (Bonus): Experience with influencer outreach and collaboration Knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.) Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift Night shift US shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus
