Digital Content & Engagement Specialist

Role Overview

The Digital Content & Engagement Specialist will repurpose existing content, manage its distribution across relevant digital channels, and ensure consistent engagement to grow brand visibility. This role bridges content creation and marketing execution, turning our internal knowledge into market-facing assets that attract attention and drive business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ability to develop a comprehensive content calendar and ensure its timely and consistent execution across channels.
  • Transform internally produced content (reports, presentations, research, articles) into blogs, LinkedIn posts, Instagram carousels, short videos, and case snippets.
  • Tailor messaging, style, and format for each digital platform to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Work with designers/video editors to create visual content, infographics, and videos.
  • Develop growth strategies to maximize lead generation, conversions, and ROI.
  • Manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns to improve customer engagement.
  • Schedule and manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Drive on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to improve organic visibility and search rankings.
  • Monitor content performance, analyze engagement metrics, and optimize posts for visibility and impact.
  • Actively engage with followers, industry groups, and potential clients to nurture relationships.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and design identity across all platforms.

Qualifications

  • 3 - 4 years of experience in content marketing, social media management, or digital marketing.
  • Specialized in creating content focused on innovation, technology, and intellectual property. Background in consulting industries is preferred.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt content for different platforms.
  • Practical knowledge of SEO and content optimization.
  • Experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube content management.
  • Familiarity with design/video tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar) is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per month
