About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to manage our brand s social media presence across platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, audience engagement strategies, and analytics. This role requires hands-on experience in content creation, campaign execution, and agency coordination to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media Strategy & Management Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy aligned with brand goals. Ideate and execute engaging content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. Ensure brand consistency in voice, messaging, and aesthetics across all social channels. Collaborate with internal teams (design, digital, and content) to bring creative ideas to life. 2. Content Creation & Campaign Execution Work with designers and content creators to develop eye-catching visuals, videos, and copy. Plan and execute organic and paid social media campaigns to boost engagement and visibility. Leverage trends, memes, and real-time marketing opportunities to keep content relevant. Optimize posting schedules based on audience behavior and engagement patterns. 3. Social Media Analytics & Reporting Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other relevant platforms. Evaluate social media marketing campaigns and maintain detailed reports with actionable insights. Monitor key metrics (reach, engagement, followers, conversions) and implement strategies for growth. 4. Community Engagement & Growth Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build an interactive community. Strategize ways to increase followers and engagement organically. Identify and collaborate with influencers, UGC creators, and brand advocates for partnerships. 5. Competitor & Trend Analysis Keep an eye on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging social media trends. Monitor and evaluate competitors social media and influencer activities. Suggest and implement new ideas to stay ahead in the digital space. 6. Agency & Vendor Management Work closely with social media and digital agencies to ensure timely execution of campaigns. Brief agencies on creative requirements and oversee content approvals. Evaluate agency performance and suggest improvements for better results. Key Skills & Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in a brand or agency role. Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithms. Experience with social media analytics tools and campaign tracking. Creative thinker with excellent communication and copywriting skills. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in handling agencies is a must.
