About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Social Media Marketing Executive (Meta Ads Specialist) to plan, execute, and optimize paid and organic campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, campaign analytics, and creative strategy to drive measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Audience Network).
• Create, monitor, and optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, reach, and engagement.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights through detailed reports.
• Work with the creative team to develop ad creatives, captions, and CTAs aligned with brand goals.
• Manage social media pages, ensuring consistent posting, engagement, and community building.
• Stay updated with Meta algorithm changes, best practices, and new ad formats.
• Track and manage ad spend efficiently to achieve best ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, content, sales) for campaign execution.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in Meta Ads Management.
• Strong understanding of Facebook Pixel, Conversion Tracking, A/B Testing, and custom audiences.
• Good knowledge of Canva / Photoshop for ad creative coordination.
• Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and time management abilities.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Google Ads / LinkedIn Ads.
• Knowledge of email marketing and remarketing strategies.
• Understanding of funnel creation, automation tools (Zapier / CRM integration).
