Social Media Executive

1. Social Media Management

   :
• Develop, implement, and manage the social media strategy for Pride Hotels across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers and customers on social media channels, fostering a positive community.

2. Content Creation

   :
• Create compelling and visually appealing content (graphics, videos, and written posts) that aligns with the brands voice and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and ensure timely posting of content.

3. Campaign Development

   :
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote hotel services, special offers, events, and brand initiatives.
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on insights and feedback.

4. Analytics and Reporting

   :
• Monitor social media metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and overall engagement.
• Prepare regular reports on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

5. Trend Monitoring

   :
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the brand remains competitive and relevant.
• Research and analyze competitors’ social media strategies to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

6. Collaboration

   :
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and business goals.
• Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers for specialized content creation or campaign execution as needed.

7. Community Engagement

   :
• Engage with customers and followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
• Encourage user-generated content and testimonials to enhance brand credibility and community involvement.
