Role & Responsibilities:

Strategy Development & Execution:

• Content Strategy: Plan a calendar aligning with marketing and business goals - largely around GCCs, Digital Transformation, Software Product Engineering, etc.

• Campaign Planning: Execute social media campaigns for brand awareness and engagement.

• Audience Engagement: Monitor trends, respond to comments, and build a brand community.

• Scheduling and Publishing: Scheduling Tools: Utilize platforms for planned and automated content posting.

• Timing Optimization: Identify optimal posting times based on audience behavior.

• SEO: Liaise with SEO agency to improve ranking and manage website

Content Creation:

• Copywriting: Craft compelling copy in different formats - blogs, whitepapers, case studies, etc. aligning with the brand's voice for social media.
• Design: Create visually appealing content using tools like Canva.
• Ads, analytics and Reporting: Track KPIs across different platforms
• Google and LinkedIn Ads: Run and manage ad campaigns on Google and LinkedIn.
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs and analyze metrics for data-driven decisions.
• Reporting: Create regular reports showcasing social media performance and suggesting improvements.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Mandatory 2-3 years of relevant experience with social media, digital or content marketing for an IT services company.
• Proven experience in social media and digital marketing,
• Graphic experience would be an added advantage,
• Sound understanding of social media concepts – esp. for LinkedIn and Twitter,
• Prior IT and B2B experience will be a plus,
• Proficiency in Google AdWords, SEO/SEM, and web analytics tools.
• Creative content writing skills, analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills are essential.
• Continuous learning mindset - engage in professional development, stay updated on industry best practices, and collaborate cross-functionally to align social media efforts with broader business objectives.

Job location: On-site from Pratiti's Baner office (WFH is not available for this role)
