Position: Social Media ExecutiveLocation: Mumbai CentralExperience: 6-7 years Key Responsibilities:Social Media Calendar:Develop and manage a monthly social media calendar aligning with brand goals and campaigns.Ensure timely execution of planned posts across various platforms.Social Media Campaigns:Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement.Optimize campaigns based on analytics and performance insights.Audience Growth & Engagement Rate:Implement strategies to increase followers and engagement rates on social media platforms.Track and analyze audience behavior to refine content and engagement tactics.Video/Photo Content Management:Oversee the creation, curation, and organization of high-quality video and photo content.Ensure content aligns with brand aesthetics and messaging.Utility Video Generation:Conceptualize and produce short-form utility videos to enhance brand communication.Coordinate with creative teams to ensure engaging and relevant video content.Influencer Campaigns:Identify, collaborate, and manage relationships with influencers to amplify brand presence.Track campaign performance and ROI from influencer partnerships.Agency + Brand Communication:Act as the primary point of contact between the brand and external agencies.Ensure smooth communication and alignment between internal teams and external partners.Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.Experience in content creation, social media analytics, and campaign management.Ability to work with creative teams, influencers, and agencies.Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
