Role: Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimise the company’s LinkedIn page, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
Plan, create, schedule, and publish LinkedIn posts (organic and sponsored).
Develop weekly/monthly LinkedIn content calendars aligned with brand goals.
Drive engagement through comments, DMs, networking, and community interaction.
Run and monitor LinkedIn ad campaigns (Lead Gen, Awareness, Traffic).
Track, analyse, and report LinkedIn performance metrics with actionable insights.
Collaborate with the design, content, and leadership teams to create impactful creatives and messaging.
Stay updated on LinkedIn algorithm changes, trends, and best practices.
Manage other social platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook) when needed.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Page Management.
Strong understanding of LinkedIn algorithms, content formats & engagement techniques.
Ability to create impactful, professional B2B content.
Experience with LinkedIn Analytics, Campaign Manager, and lead generation strategies.
Good copy writing skills and strong command of English.
Experience with scheduling tools (Buffer, Hoot suite, Zoho Social, etc.).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
Certification in Social Media / Digital Marketing preferred.
