About the role:

If you’re a social media junky and breathe, eat, sleep content with constant creative juices flowing to meet brand objectives on social platforms, then stop looking any further. If you get a kick out of strategising and growing brands on social media by using various trends, formats, types of content pieces as well as dissecting analytical data to get sharper insights then we are looking to hire you in our team at hexafun. 


Designation - Social Media Executive

Office location - Vikhroli, Mumbai

Salary range - 3.5 to 5 LPA (depending upon past experience & previous salary being drawn)

Other information - Must have their own laptop | We have Monday to Friday working 


Requirements:

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in social media marketing with a D2C brand is highly preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of a variety of current social media platforms and good copywriting skills.
  • Should possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills along with organizational and time management skills.
  • Must have a diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.


Job Description:

  • Managing and assisting in day to day platform management, ORM, content creation, brief writing, influencer collaborations and others. 
  • Ability to develop and assist in creating strategies for brand platforms by conducting in depth research on trends, competition and past analytics of the brand.
  • Come up with engaging, platform-specific content (text, images, videos, stories, etc.) that reflects the brand’s personality and connects with the target audience.
  • Must have a good understanding of the algorithm & regular updates for various platforms - Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. And stay on top of social media trends, viral moments, and pop culture to keep the brand fresh and relatable.
  • Should possess a thorough understanding of the analytics to be able to extract and create insightful reports on all platforms.
  • ORM on each of these platforms to be managed, based on all the queries and complaints, prepare strategies to combat and help customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in identifying the right influencer collaborations for the brand / campaign, fee negotiations, managing end to end deliverables and coordinating on all fronts.
  • Must be goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on, excellent problem solver with understanding of senior stakeholder management to find win-win solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
