What You’ll Do: As our Social Media Executive, you will take charge of creating and engaging content across multiple platforms. Your role will involve strategy, creativity, and communication to drive brand awareness and achieve our clients’ goals. Key Responsibilities: Research current trends and audience preferences to shape effective strategies. Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives. Create, curate, and manage daily content (text, photos, videos, etc.) to drive engagement and increase visibility. Interact with followers, promptly address queries, and monitor customer reviews. Ensure a cohesive look and feel across social media accounts, including profile designs and timelines. Identify and implement innovative features, such as promotions, contests, and interactive campaigns, to foster brand awareness. Stay ahead of social media trends, emerging tools, and technologies to keep strategies fresh and effective. Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns to optimize results. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing objectives. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in social media and digital marketing to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in social media management (2+ years preferred). Expertise in platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in content creation tools and analytics platforms. Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (mandatory). Willingness to relocate to Chandigarh (if not already based here). Ability to reliably commute to our office.
