About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and performance-driven Meta Ads Manager to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in running and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram), with a strong focus on driving sales conversions and ROI for e-commerce clients (Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress-based stores).

Key Responsibilities

• Strategize, create, and manage high-performing ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram Ads Manager.
• Develop and optimize shopping/catalogue ads to scale sales for Shopify/WordPress stores.
• Monitor daily campaign performance, optimize budgets, audiences, and creatives for maximum ROI
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and placements to drive conversions.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs including ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), CTR (Click-Through Rate), and conversions.
• Work closely with creative and e-commerce teams to align ad strategies with product goals.
• Stay updated with Meta Ads best practices, policy changes, and new features.

Key Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in managing Meta Ads with a minimum spend of ₹50,000+ INR for e-commerce campaigns.
• Strong track record of achieving measurable ROI and sales conversions through Meta Ads.
• Expertise in Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Facebook Pixel, and Events Manager.
• Deep understanding of audience segmentation, lookalike audiences, and remarketing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other reporting dashboards.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple client accounts, and deliver results under deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working with digital marketing agencies or D2C brands direct to customers
• Knowledge of creative ad design and copywriting best practices.
• Familiarity with additional performance marketing platforms (Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) will be an advantage.
