Turn real-world KuKa experiences into digital momentum — plan campaigns, create scroll-stopping content, and convert interest into sign-ups. You’ll be the voice, vibe, and velocity of KuKa online.
• Own a weekly content calendar across IG/FB/LinkedIn.
• Produce reels, carousels, stories, and event teasers with clear CTAs.
• Capture on-ground moments (short clips, quotes, testimonials) at events.
• Manage comments/DMs with warmth and speed; escalate leads to sales.
• Run story polls, Q&As, and UGC prompts to deepen community.
• Cross-post with venues, facilitators, and micro-creators.
• Launch/optimize Meta campaigns (awareness → leads → retargeting).
• Track reach, saves, shares, CTR, CPL; iterate with A/B tests.
• Align content with event funnel: teasers → early bird → final push.
• Maintain KuKa’s screen-free, human-first voice and visual identity.
• Coordinate with design, sales, and events for timely assets.
• Credit artists/venues; manage permissions and UGC approvals.
• Weekly dashboards: what worked, what to tweak, next bets.
• Keep asset libraries, captions, and link trackers tidy and updated.
✅ Content cadence met (4–6 posts + 10–15 stories + 3–5 reels/week)
✅ Growth: +6–10% MoM in followers, saves, and shares
✅ Performance: CTR ≥ 1.5%, Story link taps ↑, Profile → WhatsApp clicks ↑
✅ Ads: CPL within target; A/B tests logged with learning notes
✅ Response SLAs: DMs/comments replied to within 4 business hours

• Platform fluency (IG algorithms, trends, best practices)
• Organized, proactive, and deadline-reliable; collaborative communicator
• Experience with event marketing or hospitality/culture brands
• Basic email/CRM familiarity; simple landing page/builders
• Interest in art, craft, heritage, music, and local culture
Schedule: Mon–Sat | ~48 hrs/week, with weekend event coverage as needed.
