Social Media Designer

Job Description

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Designer who can create engaging Instagram Reels, short-form videos, and compelling graphic content across social platforms. You’ll be responsible for visually communicating our brand identity and enhancing engagement through eye-catching and on-trend content. Key Responsibilities Design and edit short-form videos (Reels) optimized for high engagement. Create static and animated graphics for posts, stories, carousels, ads, and banners. Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize campaigns and social visuals. Stay updated on social media trends and video aesthetics to produce relevant content. Maintain brand consistency across all visuals and formats. Optimize content for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Required Skills Strong command of video editing tools. Proficiency in graphic design tools. Understanding of social media trends, formats, and audience behavior. Ability to turn raw footage or briefs into polished, scroll-stopping content. Strong eye for typography, color, motion, and layout. Experience with reels/transitions, voiceovers, and text overlays. Preferred Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in social media design and video creation. Portfolio showcasing relevant video + graphic design work. Knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects) is a plus.
