Key Responsibilities : Content Creation : Develop, create, and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. Write compelling captions and create visually appealing graphics and videos. Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and guidelines. Social Media Management : Monitor, respond to, and engage with our online community. Manage social media calendars and ensure timely posting. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns. Analytics and Reporting : Track and analyze social media performance metrics. Provide regular reports on social media insights and trends. Use data to optimize content and improve engagement. Strategy Development : Assist in the development of social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Propose new ideas and concepts for social media content. Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels. Partner with influencers and other brands to enhance our social media presence.
