Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Social Media Content Creator to join our on-site team in Pune. The role involves developing and executing creative content for various social media platforms, managing social media accounts, and creating campaigns to increase audience engagement. Daily tasks include planning, scheduling, and analyzing content performance, staying updated with trends, and collaborating with other team members to maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Management, Strategy Development, and Campaign Planning
• Strong skills in Content Creation, Copywriting, Caption Writing, and Visual Content Design
• Familiarity with Social Media Analytics, Advertising Platforms, and Post Performance Measurement
• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing concepts and trends
• Excellent communication, creativity, and time management skills
• Experience with graphic design tools and video editing is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role and a portfolio of past social media campaigns will be an advantage
