Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Content Creator located in Mumbai. The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for developing, creating, and managing content for various social media platforms. Day-to-day tasks include:

1. Anchor & Host:

   Be the face and voice of original video series and branded content

2. Content creation:

   Develop original user generated video content, multimedia, reels, shorts for various channels like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn

3. Reels & Shorts creation:

   Generate raw footage by visiting our stores, generating videos from sampling & promotional events

4. Host interviews & red carpet moments:

   Plan and shoot engaging videos with a videographer, generating client journeys and be a part of the footage while generating UGC content

5. Share our brand story:

   Strong on-camera presence with confident, stylish and culturally relevant voice & face

6. Excellent communication skills

   - in English & Hinglish ideally: for doing podcasts and inviting speakers for brand promotions

7. Story-driven

   short and long form content generation (Raw footage) that actually connects and keep viewers watching

Compensation: INR 25,000-60,000 "in hand" (depends upon experience) + Bonus & perks when your content performs.

This profile requires you to be on-ground and generate raw video experiences of our products from the clients by offering them samples, asking feedback from them and generating raw footage in a form of a story-telling before handing over to social media team.

Qualifications

• Social Media Management, Content Creation skills
• Experience in developing Social Media Strategies and Planning Campaigns
• Knowledge of Social Media Analytics and Performance Metrics
• Enthusiastic about performing new show formats
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Relevant experience in FMCG or health food industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
