Social Media Content Creator: Creative and Technical Mu Sigma is the worlds largest Decision Sciences and analytics firm, helping over 140 Fortune 500 clients across 10+ industries scale data driven decision making with over 3,500 decision sciences professionals, we pride ourselves on being a category and career defining company. Mu Sigma is undergoing an exciting brand revival and launching a high impact marketing and brand building initiative. We’re seeking a skilled and adaptable Social Media Content Creator to elevate our employer brand and showcase the success stories of our team. Your work will not only Position Mu Sigma as an employer of choice but also play a key role in crafting dynamic internal campaigns that drive our recruiting efforts that drive our recruiting efforts. Responsibilities Develop a wide range of content, including videos, event collateral, employee testimonials etc. to position Mu Sigma as an employer of choice across all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube etc.) Own the content development process from ideation to execution including writing, video direction and design Research industry trends and competitor strategies to craft compelling content that highlights Mu Sigma’s unique value proposition Collaborate with Marketing, Design, HR, Business teams, and external agents to develop impactful content strategies adaptable across multiple channels Conduct employee interviews to extract and showcase engaging success stories Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines with a keen eye for detail Thrive in a fast-paced, high- paced, high performance environment while being open to feedback and peer review Requirements Bachelor’s degree required; a background in Marketing or a technical field is preferred Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, or PR Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Visual thinker with strong storytelling abilities Experience in creating or assisting with video content for social media and other digital platforms
