Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management Handle and grow company social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn,YouTube, etc.). Develop and execute content and calendars, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging. Monitor social media trends, competitors, and audience insights to optimize strategies. Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build a strong online community. Content Creation & Video Editing Create high-quality posts, reels, and short-form videos for social media. Edit and enhance videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro. Work with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop) to create visually appealing content. Write compelling captions, hashtags, and descriptions to maximize engagement. Influencer & Brand Collaborations Identify and build relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors. Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness. Negotiate collaborations, track campaign performance, and manage influencer partnerships. Skills : Experience: 0-2 years in social media management, Video Editing, content creation, and influencer marketing. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms. Hands-on experience with video editing and post-production. Creativity in content creation, storytelling, and brand messaging. Familiarity with influencer marketing trends and best practices. Analytical mindset to track and improve campaign performance. Using AI tools for advanced content using crowdsourcing idea and techniques to achive freshness and volume
