✅ Key Responsibilities:✍️ Content Creation (Text + Ideas Only)Generate unique and trendy ideas for social media posts, reels, and stories.Write engaging captions, hashtags, and post descriptions in line with the brand voice.Source relevant royalty-free visuals (e.g., from Pexels) for the design team.Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, and viral content styles. 📢 Meta Ad Campaign ManagementSet up and manage ad campaigns using Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram).Handle audience targeting, budget settings, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.Coordinate with the design team for creatives and the content team for ad copy.Monitor ad performance and prepare basic reports. 📲 Social Media Handling & CoordinationSchedule and post content as per the content calendar.Monitor DMs, comments, and community engagement; respond or escalate as needed.Coordinate with internal/external teams for content approvals and posting.Track performance of content (likes, reach, engagement) and suggest improvements. 🛠️ Requirements:Strong writing and communication skills.Basic understanding of what performs well on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Business Suite.Good coordination skills for working with designers and clients.Organized, punctual, and enthusiastic about social media. 💼 Preferred But Not Mandatory:Experience in real estate, lifestyle, education, or e-commerce brands.Multilingual writing skills (e.g., English + Hindi or Gujarati).Familiarity with content scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later.
