About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and creative UGC Content Creator & Social Media Manager who can ideate, shoot, script, and edit high-quality content while managing our social media pages with strategy and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging UGC-style content that resonates with our audience.

Plan and manage monthly social media content calendars.

Manage & grow our brand pages across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & LinkedIn.

Script, shoot & edit reels, short-form videos, and content for campaigns.

Showcase your face and create content yourself for the brand.

Reach Out to Influencer On weekly basis.

Write meaningful captions and copy aligned with the Chayam Tea brand voice.

Track performance analytics and optimize content based on insights.

Adopt new trends and formats to maintain strong engagement.

Work closely with the marketing team on campaign ideas.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation & social media management.

Hands-on experience in short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style edits).

Skilled in video editing tools (CapCut, VN, Canva, Adobe preferred).

Ability to shoot content independently with mobile or camera.

Strong creative thinking & storytelling ability.

Comfortable being on camera when required.

Understanding of brand positioning & social psychology.
