Key Responsibilities - Create, edit, and publish engaging content across social media platforms. - Develop and execute creative content strategies to promote brand awareness and drive engagement. - Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with upcoming campaigns and product launches. - Monitor social media trends, news, and popular culture to create timely and relevant content. - Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and feedback in a positive and timely manner. - Track and analyze social media metrics, providing insights on the performance of posts and suggesting improvements. - Assist with brainstorming ideas for contests, promotions, and other social media initiatives. - Stay up-to-date with the latest social media tools, trends, and best practices to ensure our content is cutting-edge and effective. Requirements - Experience as a Social Media Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role. - Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. - Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills. - Proficient in using social media management tools. - Ability to create high-quality visual content (photo, video, graphics) using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools. - Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. - Creative, proactive, and able to work independently. - A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus, but not required. Preferred Skills - Video production and editing experience.
