Our flagship properties – India Blockchain Tour (IBT) and Metamorphosis (MM) – bring together top crypto exchanges, builders, investors, and regulators across 8 cities and thousands of attendees. We’re looking for a Social Media & Community Manager who can create a buzz, ignite conversation, and drive meaningful engagement for IBT & MM across platforms like Twitter, Instagram, Telegram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Responsibilities • Own the conversation: craft & execute a multi-platform content + community plan (X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, WhatsApp) that turns followers into raving fans and ticket buyers. • Grow city-wise tribes: spin up Telegram/WA groups for each host city, spark daily chatter, and convert hype into real-world footfall. • Ship constant buzz: coordinate with design, video, and BD to drop reels, memes, carousels, speaker reveals, sponsor shout-outs, and last-minute “FOMO” pushes. • Amplify our KOL army: line up collabs with Indian & global crypto influencers; schedule X Spaces, IG Lives, Reddit AMAs, etc. • Fuel the sales funnel: track UTM links, drive clicks to ticketing pages, and loop hot leads to the BD team. Listen & report: monitor sentiment, squash FUD fast, and deliver weekly analytics on reach, engagement, CTR, and community growth. Must-Haves • 2+ yrs managing socials or communities for Web3, fintech, gaming, or youth-culture brands. • Crypto-native: you speak meme, know CT rituals, and can explain an airdrop without Googling. • Copy that pops, visuals that hook: you’re comfortable in Canva/CapCut/Hypefury/Buffer (or equivalents) and can brief designers in plain English. • Metric-driven mindset: you live in Insights dashboards and love A/B tests.
