Purpose of the Role

This executive will serve as Solidpro’s digital storyteller — crafting meaningful, engaging, and strategic content that attracts audiences, builds trust, drives interaction, and supports employer branding, lead generation, and overall brand credibility.


Key Responsibilities


1.    Strategic Content Planning & Calendar Ownership

·      Ensure content resonates with the audience and enhances technology leadership, employer branding, and brand sentiment.

·      Maintain consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms.


2. Community Building & Engagement


·      Create an active, engaged, and loyal digital community for Solidpro.

·      Conduct and manage engaging activities such as: Polls

a)   Quizzes

b)   Ask-Me-Anything sessions

c)    Contests

d)   Fun and culture-based posts

e)   Employee engagement interactions


·      Respond promptly to comments, DMs, and brand mentions.

·      Nurture relationships with clients, employees, partners, influencers, and industry experts.

·      Identify opportunities to spark conversations and increase brand visibility organically.


3. Creative Campaign Execution

·      Support employer branding campaigns—employee spotlights, culture stories, fun content, festival posts, and team highlights.

·      Amplify events, product launches, service announcements, and webinars through social channels.

·      Coordinate with internal teams to gather updates, stories, and content opportunities.


4. Live Sessions & Multimedia Content


·      Plan and coordinate LinkedIn Live, Instagram Live, and YouTube webinars.

·      Assist in creating short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, X Clips) with editors.

·      Manage the publishing schedule for multimedia content.


5. Analytics, Insights & Optimization

·      Track key performance metrics: engagement rate, follower growth, impressions, reach, and conversions.

·      Share weekly and monthly reports with actionable recommendations.

·      Continuously optimize content style, timing, and formats based on insights.

·      Identify trends and apply them in a relevant and brand-appropriate way.
