Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic Social Media & Celebrity Management Specialist to join our team. This role requires a creative thinker with a passion for celebrity culture, influencer marketing, and social media strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ideation, content creation, traffic management, and the overall management of our clients’ social media profiles, as well as supporting celebrity management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ideation & Content Creation:
• Develop innovative social media campaigns that align with client branding and goals.
• Create engaging and on-brand content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, Whatsapp Community, and Facebook.
• Collaborate with the creative team to design visually compelling assets.

• Traffic Management:
• Monitor social media metrics and analyze engagement to optimize performance.
• Implement strategies to increase follower growth, engagement rates, and overall online presence.
• Coordinate posting schedules and ensure timely updates across all platforms.

• Celebrity & Influencer Management:
• Support the management of celebrity relationships, including outreach and communication.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors that align with client objectives.
• Assist in organizing and executing promotional events, appearances, and campaigns.

• Trend Analysis:
• Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and industry developments.
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance client visibility and relevance in the market.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in social media management, PR, or influencer marketing, preferably within the entertainment industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A passion for celebrity culture and a network within the entertainment industry is a must.
