Job Description

Role & responsibilities : Campaign Planning: Develop strategic social media plans for multiple brands and businesses, aligning with their objectives, target audiences, and brand identities. Content Strategy: Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging and relevant content for social media channels, including posts, videos, and advertisements. Audience Targeting: Identify target audience segments and develop tailored messaging and content strategies to reach and engage them effectively. Campaign Execution: Implement and manage social media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, SnapChat, etc. Performance Monitoring: Monitor campaign performance metrics, including reach, engagement, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI. Data Analysis: Analyze social media data to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization, using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and social media management platforms. Reporting: Generate regular reports on social media campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark performance, identify opportunities, and stay informed about industry trends and best practices. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of emerging social media trends, platform updates, and new technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness. Preferred candidate profile : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Proven experience as a Social Media Analyst or Campaign Planner in an agency environment, managing multiple brands and businesses. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms. Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making. Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative campaign strategies. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
