Job Title: Social Media Executive Location: Remote (Preferred candidates from Kerala) Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 INR/month Work Hours: 6:30 PM IST Onwards Job Summary: We are hiring a Social Media Executive whose primary role is to engage with people on various social media platforms . You will be responsible for replying to comments and messages, initiating conversations, and building community interactions. This role does not require content creation , but strong familiarity with social media behavior and basic English communication skills is essential. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and inquiries across social media platforms (primarily Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn ) Initiate and maintain meaningful conversations with followers and potential customers Monitor pages and groups to engage with relevant posts or discussions Support online campaigns by increasing engagement through likes, comments, and shares Report any important feedback or trends to the marketing team Maintain a friendly and respectful tone that aligns with the brand voice Requirements: Good understanding of how to use social media platforms effectively Basic English skills – enough to write replies and communicate clearly Comfortable chatting and interacting with people online Responsible and consistent in following up on social media tasks Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely Preferred: Candidates based in Kerala Prior experience in social media engagement (personal or business pages) Show more Show less
