Role Description

• Manage and schedule posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Create AI-generated videos, visuals, and captions that match MindHope’s calm and modern vibe.
• Engage with followers and handle basic DMs/queries on social media.
• Track post performance and suggest new content ideas to improve reach.
• Collaborate with the core team to make MindHope’s online presence stronger and more human.
• Work 3–4 hours daily, remotely, at flexible timings.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Someone who genuinely understands or studies psychology, mental health, or human behavior.
• Familiarity with AI tools for video/content generation (e.g., Canva, ChatGPT, CapCut, Pika, Synthesia, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and engagement tactics.
• A creative, empathetic, and strategic mindset — someone who can make content that feels human.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi is a plus).
