Project Strategy: Guide students through planning, launching, and scaling their initiatives using frameworks from social entrepreneurship, design thinking, or nonprofit leadership. 3. Align with Admissions: Help students frame their project work as part of a larger academic and personal story, strengthening their college applications. 4. Provide Accountability: Offer consistent feedback and check-ins to keep projects on track and outcomes meaningful. 5. Connect & Amplify: Leverage your network or experience in the nonprofit space to connect students to relevant partners, mentors, or media. We're Looking For Someone Who: 1. Has experience in the nonprofit, social enterprise, or youth development sector. 2. Understands what makes an extracurricular project stand out on elite university applications. 3.
