Soc/ Sox Audit Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented SOX / SOX Audit Analyst with 0.6–3 years of experience in finance, audit, or risk management. The ideal candidate will support SOX compliance activities, evaluate internal controls, and assist in third-party risk assessments to ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing SOX compliance testing, including walkthroughs, control documentation, and evidence collection.
• Support Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) activities by reviewing vendor controls, risk ratings, and due-diligence documentation.
• Perform control testing related to financial reporting, ITGCs, and operational processes.
• Identify control gaps, document findings, and work with stakeholders to support remediation.
• Maintain audit trails, working papers, and compliance reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams, auditors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of SOX and TPRM activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 0.6–3 years of experience in SOX compliance, internal audit, risk management, or financial controls.
• Basic understanding of internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and documentation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, documentation tools, and audit platforms (preferred).
