Our technology services client is seeking multiple SOC Analyst to join their team on a contract basis. These positions offer a strong potential for conversion to full-time employment upon completion of the initial contract period. Below are further details about the role: Role: SOC Analyst Mandatory Skills: Monitoring, ITSM, Firewall, DNS, CrowdStrike Experience: 4- 6 Years Location: PAN India Notice Period: Immediate- 15 Days Job Description: Monitoring of alerts Analysis and investigation of the alerts to identify true positives that need to be acted upon Get ITSM ticket created for true positives Based on the analysis, take necessary remediation steps, depending upon the level of access given to the tools (e.g. Proofpoint, server, firewall, active directory, DNS, proxy, CrowdStrike etc) If required access is not available, triage the ticket to the respective resolution team, co-ordinate with them for ticket closure Escalate to next level support (Tier 2/ Tier 3) on need basis Update the user about the action taken on specific tools Document the steps taken for reporting and tracking purposes If you are interested, share the updated resume to sathwik@s3staff.com Show more Show less
