Snow Synthesist

As a Supply Chain Manager at our company, your role will involve overseeing and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution. Your strategic thinking, analytical skills, and operational experience will be key in ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high service levels. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives. - Plan demand forecasting and inventory management to optimize stock availability and costs. - Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams to ensure alignment of supply and demand. - Source, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships. - Negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure quality standards. - Implement cost-saving and risk mitigation strategies with suppliers. - Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, warehouse operations, and transportation. - Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and materials. - Monitor KPIs such as delivery performance, inventory accuracy, and logistics costs. - Manage inventory levels, stock accuracy, and warehouse operations. - Implement best practices for storage, handling, and distribution. - Identify opportunities to reduce stock-outs, overstock, and obsolete inventory. - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. - Manage supply chain risks, including supplier reliability and operational disruptions. - Stay updated on supply chain trends, technologies, and best practices. - Lead and mentor supply chain team members. - Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. - Ensure effective communication and coordination across departments. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field. - 5-8 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations management. - Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory management, and logistics. - Experience with ERP or supply chain systems (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, etc.). - Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. - Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
