Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.8. Keep in touch with customers through personal visits, telephone calls, and correspondence. Understand client needs and industry trends to tailor solutions and provide exceptional service at the B2B level.9. Achieve and exceed sales targets.10.
