1. Supervise end-to-end production shift operations, ensuring smooth machine setup, changeover, and line balancing.
2. Monitor production schedules, manpower deployment, and shift planning to meet daily output and OEE targets.
3. Ensuring 6S practices, WIP control and adherence to FIFO
4. Preparing the weekly shift schedule according to the production plan.
5. Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and downtime.
6. Train and guide operators/technicians to improve multi-skills, discipline, and productivity.
7. Daily Plan v/s actual production monitoring and Delivery as per Pack Plan to the FG WH
The candidate must have B.E / B.Tech Degree. Previous experience in SMT/SMD assembly line will be an added advantage.
