Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a SMT Machine Operator located in Bengaluru. The SMT Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining Surface Mount Technology (SMT) machines, ensuring the quality control of the production process, operating machinery, and using hand tools. Daily tasks include setting up and calibrating machines, assembling PCBs, monitoring production quality, troubleshooting issues, and adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications Experience in Fuji pick and Place Machine and AOI Operation Skills in Quality Control processes Proficiency in troubleshooting production issues Effective Communication skills Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Technical certification (ITI) or diploma in electronics or mechanical is a plus Previous experience in SMT machine operation and electronics manufacturing industry is beneficial Show more Show less
