Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven International Sales SME to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building strong relationships with international clients across various regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound/inbound sales calls and emails to international clients.
  • Identify potential leads and convert them into long-term customers.
  • Understand client requirements and offer tailored product/service solutions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in international sales or BPO sales process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts or rotational shifts.
