about the role Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead new product incubations, drive process simplifications, and manage stakeholder relationships while supporting operations within the supply chain domain. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in supply chain operations, particularly in the Integrated Services domain. Key Responsibilities: 1.Lead the incubation of new products for supply chain operations. 2. Identify and implement process simplifications to enhance operational efficiency. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure stakeholder needs are met. 4. Provide expert guidance and support to operational teams, addressing challenges and optimizing workflows. 5. Analyze supply chain processes and recommend improvements based on industry best practices. 6. Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team capabilities and knowledge. 7. Manage the process documentation platforms for the ISC function. Preferred Skills: 1. Familiarity with supply chain processes and tools. 2. Experience in project management methodologies. Location: Mumbai about you 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in International supply chain operations, specifically within the IS domain. 2. Preferably a post-graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management. 5.
