SME & Counsellor – Training Design & Implementation
Location: Tripura

Role Summary:

Responsible for designing and implementing training programs for students under the Education Department in Tripura. Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Counsellor to support skill development, soft skills training, and career guidance aligned with local needs and government objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and adapt training modules for school/college students under government guidelines
• Deliver engaging training sessions in classrooms and workshops
• Provide one-on-one/group counselling on career, education, and employability
• Support training centre teams with content, pedagogy, and student engagement
• Coordinate with Education Department officials and local schools for smooth implementation
• Track student progress, attendance, and training impact
• Document session plans, feedback, and success stories

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Education, Social Work, or relevant domain
• 2–5 years’ experience in training, counselling, or education projects
• Strong communication and facilitation skills (local language preferred)
• Experience with govt. education/skill projects is an advantage
• Willing to travel across districts in Tripura
