Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 5 to 9 years of experience in SmartComm to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for developing innovative solutions. Experience in Data Governance is a plus. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel required. Responsibilities Develop and maintain high-quality SmartComm applications to meet business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features. Provide technical expertise and support to ensure the successful deployment of SmartComm solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SmartComm applications. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering design development testing and deployment. Ensure that all SmartComm solutions are scalable secure and maintainable. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve SmartComm applications. Document technical specifications and provide training to end-users as needed. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their expectations. Contribute to the development of project plans and timelines. Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices. Collaborate with the Data Governance team to ensure data integrity and compliance. Qualifications Must have 5 to 9 years of experience in SmartComm development. Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. Experience with Data Governance is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
