Job Description: Account Director- Client Servicing 1. Ensure that all revenue targets which have been agreed with management are not only achieved but also exceeded. 2. To have at adequate pipeline for the proceeding quarter keeping in a conversion rate. 3. To ensure timely billing. 4. To have a client feedback program in place. To be in contact with all clients personally. 5. Client retention and presentation making skills. 6. To ensure critical success factors are achieved. 7. Project Management. RESPONSIBILITY 1. Strategic point of contact for clients and establish strong relationships with them. 2. Work with the team to bring creative solutions to prospective clients and to build the business of current clients. 3. Mentor and develop his/her team and direct them in finding creative solutions to both client and internal challenges, foster knowledge-sharing across all disciplines internally to ensure collaborative and informed work. 4. Create an effective process and information flow between client servicing team and other disciplines. 5. Leading multiple projects while ensuring strong integration across the organization. Group Head- Client Servicing 1.Ensure that all revenue targets which have been agreed with management are not only achieved but also exceeded 2.Ensuring that all relationships allocated are maintained and grow their business with the organization at a certain % year on year. Also to personally visit each relationship client at least once in every week irrespective whether they have a brief or not. 3.Ensuring that every client brief is understood clearly and each proposal presented is perfect in every aspect so that closure is achieved. Coordinating with all internal departments for support in logistics / costs / creatives and ensuring that only appropriate material is passed on to client after proper quality checks and due diligence. 4.Making a proper SOP / checklist and handing it over to operations 5.To mentor and guide your team and ensure that he/she develops his/her client retention, client acquisition and presentation making skills. Requirements: 1.Strategic point of contact for senior clients and establish strong relationships with them 2.Work with the team to bring creative solutions to prospective clients and to build the business of current clients. 3.Mentor and develop his/her team and direct them in finding creative solutions to both client and internal challenges, foster knowledge-sharing across all disciplines internally to ensure collaborative and informed work. 4.Create an effective process and information flow between client servicing team and other disciplines. 5.Contribute to client’s business growth by identifying new opportunities & initiatives. 6.Leading multiple projects and new business efforts, while ensuring strong integration across the organization. Manager- Client Servicing 1.Handling clients with minimum escalation to reporting manager, ensuring that each client is met at least once per fortnight. 2.Providing complete support to reporting manager and ensuring that his/her targets of NBD are achieved as well as doing all backend work such as making minutes of meeting, proposals presentations, internal coordination etc. 3.Ensuring that all clients are completely mapped and all movements are instantly recorded. 4.Creation of a detailed docket which gives complete information about each of the clients and understanding the background, language and ethos of each allocated client. 5.Being able to clearly understand client’s brief and coming up with powerful concepts and presentations independently which get converted. 6.Doing all paperwork for projects including SOP, invoicing, payment follow up and reporting to achieve maximum client satisfaction. 7.Making calls to other prospective clients over and above the existing clients and getting in briefs from them 8.To ensure that all possible background research is done on each BS session of your team and you have case studies of what the client has done in the past / for similar requirements
